This project locates two duplex units on two adjacent Single Family Zoned properties. The design utilizes the SB 9 duplex ordinance to create four homes in a location that would normally allow only two homes. The unique design of this duplex allows it to share only the covered parking structure and has no shared walls between the units.

Using a modern farmhouse aesthetic helps the two buildings blend in with the surrounding neighborhood of most single-family homes.
