The Urban Catalyst is an opportunity zone equity fund. As part of their strategy to acquire and develop empty lots throughout San Jose, they hired Mayberry Workshop to create a series of designs and renderings. Each rendering below represents a separate concept for various development types, including hospitality, creative office space, residential, mixed-use, senior living, and commercial. The client successfully used these designs to engage potential investors and property owners.
